Privacy Policy

DeLong Works ("we", "us", or "our") creates software including Event Countdown Widget, Recipe Time, EM Logbook, and One Finger Picker. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our apps and website.

1. Information We Collect

Our current apps do not require a DeLong Works account, and we do not operate servers that collect or store your app content. Event Countdown Widget stores countdowns on your device. Recipe Time stores your recipe library on your device. EM Logbook stores procedure records on your device. One Finger Picker stores preferences such as its selected mode, countdown duration, team colors, and background choices on your device.

Our apps may use Apple system features such as widgets, shared app storage, local databases, photo selection, file export, and share sheets. That data remains within the app's local storage environment on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

DeLong Works cannot view this locally stored content. Deleting an app also deletes its local app data unless you exported or shared a copy first.

2. Third-Party Services

One Finger Picker includes Google AdMob banner ads. Google may receive information needed to provide and measure ads according to Google's privacy terms and your device settings. Event Countdown Widget, Recipe Time, and EM Logbook do not currently include third-party advertising networks.

When you choose to search for or import a recipe in Recipe Time, the app may connect to the third-party recipe source you requested. DeLong Works does not operate those sources or store the recipe on a DeLong Works server.

Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store information, crash reports, diagnostics, or analytics according to your Apple device and App Store settings. That information is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy terms.

3. Contact and Support

If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or issue description. We use that information only to respond to your request and improve our apps.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Security

Because our apps store app content locally and we do not run servers for that app data, there is no DeLong Works server database containing your countdowns, recipes, procedure records, or picker preferences. No method of electronic storage or communication is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information in support emails unless needed.
