DeLong Works ("we", "us", or "our") creates apps for Apple platforms, including Countdown App. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our apps and website.

Countdown App is designed to store your countdowns on your device. We do not operate our own servers for collecting, storing, or transmitting your countdown titles, dates, notes, or other app content.

The app may use Apple system features such as widgets and shared app storage so your countdowns can appear in the app and on your Home Screen. That data remains within the app's local storage environment on your device.

2. Third-Party Services

Countdown App does not currently include third-party advertising networks or third-party analytics SDKs.

Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store information, crash reports, diagnostics, or analytics according to your Apple device and App Store settings. That information is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy terms.

3. Contact and Support

If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or issue description. We use that information only to respond to your request and improve our apps.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Security

Because Countdown App stores countdown content locally and we do not run servers for that app data, there is no DeLong Works server database containing your countdowns. No method of electronic storage or communication is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information in support emails unless needed.
